I created a financial coaching concept with your mental health challenges and diagnosis in mind. I understand the feelings of impulsivity, fear of abandonment, inability to manage emotions, and detrimental coping mechanisms that often arise as a response related to our diagnosis. While on the surface, these feelings may not seem related to our finances and how we use our money…they are! Throughout our sessions, you’ll be introduced to or reacclimated with skills used in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). DBT is proven to be a highly effective treatment for those with BPD and other mental health challenges. I will coach you through how to use those skills, along with a healthy money mindset and a financial map to increase your capability & confidence when it comes to your money.
